Our viesman boiler was flashing an F4 error code and we had no heat or hot water during a huge winter storm. The entire city was shut down due to this storm and everything was closed on a Monday morning. My husband called the emergency hotline and Steve called him right away, did some troubleshooting, and determined that the exhaust vent was most likely plugged due to the heavy snow that had fallen.
