Steve was great! He helped me without gouging me for cash. I appreciate an honest straight forward service.
Our furnace died on a chilly Saturday (of course the weekend), and Steve came out to check things out the same afternoon. It was a very old furnace so we weren't surprised to hear we needed a new one, but we were thrilled when Steve was able to install our new furnace the next day. We were without heat for barely 24 hours. Great service, friendly, and competitive pricing. Beyond exceeded my expectations.

Air conditioning stopped during a very warm period. Called Steve in the evening and he came the next morning and determined that we needed a new unit. Fortunately he was available that day and replaced our old one that afternoon. He and Eric were polite, informative, knowledgeable and efficient. Did an excellent job and took care of all the little details. With everything that needed to be done we felt it was a fair price. Would definitely recommend.
