I have used climate boss twice now. First time they were able to accommodate me on a late Friday afternoon and fixed a capacitor issue. Second time they came out twice because I had some issue with my AC at a point in time and they sent a team to check it twice to make sure all good. They are very responsive, give regular updates and are also reasonably priced. Thank you Ben and Thomas for your help to send out the technicians and ensuring all good. Carlos came in quick and was very professional. He was able to explain everything that he saw with our unit and gave us some great recommendations. I also signed up for their maintenance service so my unit runs correctly throughout the year.
