Sadly, not a good experience with this company. They offered to repair an old R-22 unit despite having very little knowledge about how they work. I was charged $1,200 for a large repair, which I now know was very likely to fail and they should have disclosed that, and the AC unit lasted two days before it broke completely. Now I am left with a unit that performs worse than before, $1,200 less, and no intention to refund me from this company. Instead they offered to apply a small credit on an $8,000 new unit.
