I was referred to this company through Home Depot for an A/C cleaning. I ended up cancelling the cleaning and instead asked for a quote for a new unit. That’s when things got unnecessarily complicated. When a rep came to give me a quote, I was initially provided a price, only for it to be rescinded because my lead was “generated through Home Depot,” and I wasn’t eligible for direct pricing.
