Less than a month from quote to installation at their busiest time of the year. Shannan Knight provided great advice on the best system to choose and I’m very happy with the effectiveness of the system installed. The installation team were very efficient and had to deal with both old plaster and lathe and newer plasterboard ceilings. Great job from Shannan and the Climat installation team.
Shannan at Climat gave us the best service. We wanted two new split system installed in time for Xmas and before proceeding with the quote Shannan made sure it would happen. From quote to installation was 10 days. The installers turned up on time and made sure they finished the job on the same day. They also cleaned up and took the empty boxes with them. Can't fault the service provided and have no hesitation recommending Shannan and the Climat Team at St Marys.
Shannon went above and beyond when I needed help with an aircon installation. Although their team didn't have availability within my time frame, Shannon didn't leave me stranded. Instead, he promptly connected me with a reliable installer who could assist me immediately. This level of customer service and dedication is rare and truly appreciated. Shannon's professionalism and willingness to help, even when it wasn't their job, made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!
