Paid 13k for a new daikin ducted Air conditioner March 2025. Doesn’t work in temp over 35 degrees. Called them out said installer hasn’t gassed it properly. Came out wrote a report 4 weeks later no contact, no communication despite several calls on a timeframe for repair. Happy to sell but after sales service disappointing. Be wary if you use them.
