Our experience purchasing a five zone Daikin system from Climat Holden Hill seemed good at the time... Until finding the old collector box in the roof void (they priced to remove as part of the old system removal). Over the next few months and subsequent to conversations I've had on construction sites the system has not been properly "commissioned" and balanced. Despite what must be an expensive TV advertising campaign, they clearly don't need new business. Their office opening time are not listed correctly online. We went to the Nuri office on Saturday only to find it closed, then to Munno Para to find that closed too. Wasted 2 hours. Called the sales line, salesman said yes, the info on the Web was wrong and "had been for ages - someone needs to fix it". Same salesman took my details and what we wanted & promised to call back on Monday. No call. Rang again, salesman wasn't availab... read more

Great experience getting a reverse cycle unit installed with Darrin and Duncan. Expedient advice, a good price, and installed before the scheduled date which was appreciated!
