They lie, are inconsiderate, and are discriminatory selecting new patients! I called multiple times and eventually someone answered saying they were taking new patients. They told me that they would mail me a new patient form and once I fill it out and bring it back they could schedule me in a few weeks. They mailed it out, I filled out the pile of forms, and I hand delivered it to the office where they said they would call me to schedule my appointment. When arriving was told the doctor was not in on first visit and that after driving out there they would have to do video was not given any notice until I was there video didn't work and was just called and it was a 5 minute call which boiled down to "hello nice to meet you goodbye " they say that if you don't call within 24 hours to cancel your first appointment then they ask you to find a different provider which is fine but they won't give you the same 24 hour notice
