I started at this facility just about when opened.Was very satisfied w staff THEN after they moved to New Current Office things changed.Solicated w many offers for hearing aides,o er& over mail has horrific.The worst thing was,I was not seeing consistantly staff for testing review.ALWAYS pushing a New Aid MINE were older,still worked for me.No change in hearing in over 6 yrs.Was pressured by a younger call,unsure of what would work best for me as a new hearing I was told I think u should try this EXCUSE me,we are talking abo... read more
