I'm 74, so I have my share of medical appointments - and this is my least favorite. Little attention seems to be paid to my concerns. Tests seem cursory at best. This time, I learned of a guard (for the microphone?, on the device body) that should have been changed regularly on my existing aids - for the first time! - but that's kind of typical. I just really don't think they do much of a job. My insurance carrier has me trapped there for now; I'm looking for an opportunity to transfer elsewhere.
The staff and doctor here are kind caring and professional
