Property Manager Sheridan is negligent in her understanding of tenancy law. Repeatedly allowed people to enter rental properties without providing entry notices to tenants. Also consistently threatened tenants without grounds in what is a very tough rental market. I would never trust her to manage my investment or people and I certainly would not rent through her.
The team at Clifton Real Estate have been wonderful. My mum was renting a house through them and the whole time they were great. Even after mum passed away they were very helpful in finalising everything. Highly recommend 👌
