& if I can rate 0 starts I would!! As a new patient trying to schedule an appointment the receptionist on the phone is very rude and not welcoming at all! I can see now why the reviews for this place SUCKS! mid phone call I had to tell her never mind I don’t want to schedule an appointment because of how rude she is. absolutely not.
If i could give 0 i would .This place is horrible with there times ,i’ll have an appointment at 11:30am and won’t be seen till 12:30 pm ,the worst .Don’t go there at all !
Every single appointment I've made I've had to wait for about an hour before I'm seen by a doctor. The last time I went, as I was getting checked the doctor proceeded to have a casual conversation about school and outside of work things with the other nurse or assistant in the room.. I felt so disregarded and ignored when I mentioned a few issues all she did was note it down and didn't help at all. Just asked a few questions and brushed it off. I wish I could give 0 stars! The worst clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff has the ugliest attitudes and the doctor isn’t there half the time. They cancel your appointments 10 mins before the appointment itself even if you confirmed with them 30 mins prior. Do not come here. They do not care about what you’re going through or anyone’s feelings. Straight awful.
I would not return to this office based on my experience. I initially came in for a routine annual visit and to discuss some gynecological concerns. At that first appointment, I arrived early and still was not seen until well after my scheduled time. I tried to be understanding, but it quickly became clear that this was not a one time issue.
