I’m not a patient there, but I was planning to visit. Oh man, it’s incredibly difficult to find someone to help. It’s always an issue when you call them. The office needs to find people who are willing to work, help, and be patient. This customer service is disgraceful. Instead of making it easier for you to transfer or make appointments, they make it hard. Or, they simply don’t want to help at all.
Took my wife here and we won’t be coming back. Lady that processed the ultrasound must be trying to win the Guinness World Record for fastest ultrasound processed. Don’t get me wrong the staff is nice but when it’s time to work it’s time to lock in and work. Those clocked in hours shouldn’t be spent conversing about other things. I called the day before yesterday to book a appointment due to low HGL I come to the office where they booked me in glen right for nothing because who ever I spoke to didn’t make my appointment wasted my day leaving work early to rush over here to get things done so now I’m calling the office and they won’t pick up my calls please lady’s don’t waste your time going to these people at all last year I had a miscarriage told me the pain was normal when it wasn’t now if I lose this baby because I was recommended I’m sueing
Dr. Haddad and his staff are great! He delivered 2 of my babies 🥰 and treated me like VIP. The wait is decent. I’ve never waited more than 30 mins for my appointment. My concerns are always answered. Recently saw Dina and she was amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
