Porfavor, si usted está embarazada y quiere ir a este el lugar no pierda su tiempo el departamento de radiología es una basura, ya que la persona que hace los ultrasonido es muy grosera todo el tiempo tiene una pésima actitud y no conforme el ultrasonido lo hace sin exagerar en 2 minutos cuando se supone que es un momento especial ya que uno tiene una conexión especial con el bebé. Personally, I would NOT recommend anyone attend this clinic. The wait times are ridiculous so I don’t understand why they even schedule appointments??? The providers treat you like another number .. there’s no genuine warmth. They scheduled me for a follow up appointment and did not tell me that it would be conducted via telehealth so I wasted time coming back down there. The receptionist are not welcoming , very micro aggressive behavior perhaps ALL STAFF should be trained on mental health and customer service. I understand... read more
"Dr. Charles is indisputably the worst OB-GYN I’ve ever encountered, and I’m still dealing with the fallout from his incompetence seven months after giving birth. My delivery was a nightmare because of him. He didn’t even have the decency to ASK me if he could perform a perineal tear— he just went ahead, no consent, no explanation, nothing. I called and made my appointment I got there checked in the girl that checked me in took my ID and insurance card failed to tell me that they don’t take my insurance made me go through with my appointment now I received two bills costing $1030 I called my insurance to ask why it wasn’t covered only to find out the facility does take my insurance now I’m stuck with this bill
Poor customer service / most of them don't know how to communicate with people.
