I have to talk about this excellent experience. I was cared for by the best doctor, Dr. Haddad. He was always attentive to me, took care of me, and made the best decisions for my health. His kindness, love, and passion for his work were evident throughout these 9 months. The labor and delivery were phenomenal. My frustration with this office has reached its peak, prompting me to seek care elsewhere due to their utter lack of professionalism. My primary issue stems from their unreachable phone lines. It's an endless busy signal, regardless of when I call, with no answering service available. For a pregnant patient, the inability to reach a provider for timely reassurance is disconcerting. When I do get through, conversations are rushed and impersonal, a direct result of only two front-desk staff handling eight phone lines. Their pr... read more
