The staff overall is caring but they have serious issues with scheduling and providing quality service to the patient. Seems like they overbooked themselves very often. No reason why a person with an appt should wait almost two hours to see a doctor.
Been going here for years but my last experience was horrible and I will be filing a State complaint. I felt unheard and dismissed. I can’t believe I trusted a female doctor and was completely ignored and let down. Never again and still awaiting my call back of apologies.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Haddad. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. I truly appreciate his kindness and dedication. & if I can rate 0 starts I would!! As a new patient trying to schedule an appointment the receptionist on the phone is very rude and not welcoming at all! I can see now why the reviews for this place SUCKS! mid phone call I had to tell her never mind I don’t want to schedule an appointment because of how rude she is. absolutely not.
