If I could put NO stars I would.... Wife was told she needed an urgent blood test, which naturally caused some anxiety. But when she tried to book it, she was told the earliest slot was in 4 to 5 weeks ! That’s not just frustrating— it’s frightening. If something is medically urgent, waiting over a month feels unacceptable. I understand the NHS is under strain, but patients deserve timely care, especially when their health could be at risk.
