2ND UPDATE: I will add a video but I'm on Day 3 of ZERO hot water in my bathroom. Maintenance came early yesterday morning and they were like, huh? UPDATES: I see that management has responded, please see screenshot of maintenance requests. I have reported everything through the tenant portal that I have experienced here. They dismissed the floor report without even talking to me about it. WE NOW HAVE COCKROACHES and gee i wonder why, just posted more pics of the area behind the building… it’s always a hot mess disaster!! TRASH TRASH AND MORE TRASH!!! I was interested in touring these apartments and scheduled a tour where I agreed to the time and date they chose, moved my schedule around to accommodate it. Up until the time of the tour there was communication on their part, confirming and reconfirming my attendance. I communicated saying yes I will be there and let them know i was on my way, nothing. Don’t even consider it. They are quick to get you to sign the lease and start paying rent but won’t fix anything once moved in (e.g. mold on the ceiling, leaky roof during rain, no closet rods installed prior to move in that I’ve been trying to tell them about). I’m counting down the days until I can move out and I just got here
