I was interested in touring these apartments and scheduled a tour where I agreed to the time and date they chose, moved my schedule around to accommodate it. Up until the time of the tour there was communication on their part, confirming and reconfirming my attendance. I communicated saying yes I will be there and let them know i was on my way, nothing. Don’t even consider it. They are quick to get you to sign the lease and start paying rent but won’t fix anything once moved in (e.g. mold on the ceiling, leaky roof during rain, no closet rods installed prior to move in that I’ve been trying to tell them about). I’m counting down the days until I can move out and I just got here
Don’t waste your time or money here…Management is extremely unprofessional, rude and unresponsive. God forbid you have an emergency or need to get in contact with them, you will not get an answer no matter what day or time it is. Don’t plan on any of the packages you order to be there when you go to grab them front the front door. Packages are stolen from the front constantly and when you email management prepare to be left on read and never hear back. All in all, it is an awful place with horrible management new and old.
