I am very pleased with the care I am getting at Nexus with Dr. Layman. He is attentive, answers my questions, and seems to be a very experienced doctor.
I have complete confidence in Dr. Layman. He listens, he answers questions, and is great at sharing information. Kip is upbeat and positive, which is what I consider to be half of the healing process.
I am very confident in the treatment plan and professionalism Dr. Layman has given me.
I like Dr. Layman, though communications between my surgical oncologist and Dr. Layman has been non existent when I have questions about future treatments. I’ve also received bills from Tricore from Nexus, twice now the lab staff has refused to help me after calling Tricore and being told they can’t find me in their system. Volunteers are awesome, my chemo nurses have been great. Online messaging on Nexus website when I send no one ever calls me back in response to my questions.
