They are neglectful. They tell their employees not to report to CPS so their location won’t be on OCFS’s website. So if you’ve left a DV situation, and your child comes back from the other parents time with bruising and cuts, they WILL NOT question or report it. They will tell you they “don’t want to get involved”. They are constantly understaffed and ask parents that need to work to keep their kids home, so they aren’t out of ratio more than should be acceptable. I had a walk through 11/19 at 10am. I was greeted at the front desk by a girl wearing a “Hell Fire” hoodie from Stranger Things. A giant devil right there on the front. She did not know how to give the tour, was very unsure in what she was saying. The first room I went to was straight down the hall to the left. A baby room. I wouldn't leave my enemys kids here. Jennifer Brown the director treated my niece like dirt. She worked there as a toddler assistant and was constantly belittled.

My 2 children have been going here for 4 months now and the staff are fantastic. They care for your children like they are their own. Any time there has been an issue, you can talk with the director and they remedy it right away. I have complete trust in the staff to take care of my kids.
