I was really not looking forward to going here after being sent by 111 due to the reviews. However my first appointment yes I did get antibiotics for an abscess but was booked in for the following week to have the tooth removed. I went today and had this procedure done, yes it is all a bit rushed but I was cared for and that was the main so I was happy with the service I received.
Had to travel from Cleethorpes via 111....lovely staff but couldn't help me on this occasion... awaiting an appointment at Selby
Visited this dentist after a 111 call, reception staff lovely, however that’s as far as it goes!! The dentist rushed me in and out gave me antibiotics for an abscess and charged me without any xray for conformation. Said yes think that be ok shoved to small fillings in overall charge was £83.50!!! I came away and the pain got worse and worse!! Absolutely terrible, all of the reviews are right, the dentist doesn't deserve his job. I contacted 111 as I am in massive pain with my wisdom teeth and my original dentist just up and left, and all he took was a glance at my teeth, and gave me antibiotics for the pain, which are doing nothing, I haven't even got an infection. Sounds like this dentist is just throwing around antibiotics, wanting you to shut up and cope.
