We needed our side door and storm door replaced. Michael worked with me remotely and asked A LOT of questions (which is good). He educated me on door quality and little custom tweaks that would be expensive or not. The installer came out to measure before order and noted that we needed a custom door because of our interior carpet, which was fine. Ordered and door came in faster than they thought. Clifton Exterior offered a fair price on the windows and very responsive with communication. They did not try to upsell or were pushy. I really like this aspect of the company and their staff. I am so glad to have selected Clifton Exteriors for my gutter replacement needs. Their proposal was the most competitive from my final selection of 3 providers. Best part was the warranty. The quality of materials and work was outstanding. The crew came back immediately to address / tweak the install after i provided my feedback post a heavy downpour. Top notch and highly recommended.
