Malgré l’existence d’une vidéo montrant l’incident, l’entreprise refuse aujourd’hui toute responsabilité, en invoquant que le câble était visible dans l’entrée et que la faute incombe au client. As a general rule of thumb, a French drain should always be installed at least three feet away from a home's foundation. Not knowing that back then I didn't say anything. So they built a French drain for the gutter system right next to the foundation and the next year we had a minor damage to the foundation which I fixed myself since calling them to come fix it didn't work as it seems they avoided my calls and never called me back when I left messages. Definitely not a company I would go back to.
