We hired Clifton Contracting to fix a 80 foot French Drain line in 2017, at the same time they routed the gutter output away from the home. Recently the gutter line was showing signs of restricted water flow. Working with Dave, they found the issue and replaced a 10 foot section of pipe that had been clogged by tree roots. The team at Exterior Waterproofing Experts did a quick turn to fix the issue. It was within the 10 year warranty and they took care of it all. Would highly recommend them for your waterproofing needs.
We needed to waterproof our foundation and after speaking with multiple contractors hired Clifton’s Exterior Waterproofing Experts. They clearly explained what they saw in our basement, how they’d address it, and the pros/cons of the various options suggested to make an informed decision. They got us scheduled quickly, provided regular updates, and were professional. They put the landscaping back in place as if they’d never been there. I was very impressed with their work.
We had a small leak that grew into a big problem but Kenny handled it. The crew worked late to finish the same day and the results are solid. I recommend them to anyone in the Fairfax area who values honest work.
The job took a little longer than I thought but the quality of the work made it worth it. Everyone I dealt with was professional. I’d recommend them to anyone nearby who wants the job done right.
