After getting the rug back, I realized how dull it had become over time. The cleaning really brought it back to life. It still feels sturdy and natural, just cleaner and brighter. The whole process felt very straightforward and easy.

I sent three rugs together a Persian, a flatweave, and a Moroccan wool rug and I thought at least one would come back looking the same as before. All three came back noticeably improved in different ways. One smelled fresh, one had brighter colors, and one looked like it lost 5 kg of dust. Their factory cleaning really adapts to each rug type instead of treating them all the same.

My apartment carpet was looking worn out from everyday use, and I honestly thought nothing would make it look nice again. After the cleaning, it looked like I replaced it. The carpet feels springy and soft underfoot, and there’s a fresh smell that makes the whole place feel more inviting. Definitely worth doing before the holidays.

I got my cream colored area rug cleaned after a friend recommended it, and I’m amazed. The color looks so bright now, and there’s no trace of the pet stains that used to bother me. The rug even smells clean, not perfumed just fresh. It makes the whole living room feel newer somehow.
