Disgusting experience, for the 3rd time, I left crying 😢 there is one Receptionist there, would does not like me and has been extremely rude. The new doctor was just not interested
We were recently on holidays in Palm Cove, and my little 2 year old spiked an unexplained fever for a few days. Being away from home with no car and no improvement in her condition, I was panicking and called this surgery based on a recommendation from our accommodation. They got us in on the same day, and Dr. Robert was such an angel. So grateful to all the attentive kind compassionate staff who helped me yesterday. Beverly on reception was so lovely and really listened she could see I needed to see the docter although they were fully booked and I walked in she straight away organised a doctor to see me . The nurse Amanda and Dr Sidonie were incredibly compassionate and took their time to help me with my eye thoroughly treating and testing . We attended today and received treatment in the treatment room. Dr Jack and his nurses were fantastic as were the reception staff. Great patient communication, and the friendly team put my anxious teen at ease! Thank you so much for your help today!
I was so impressed by the service we received at this clinic. We were visiting Palm Cove & my mother (91 & with dementia) needed to see a doctor. Naomi on reception was very helpful and Dr Adam was so kind, thorough & understanding. My father said he wished we had her down in Melbourne!
