The receptionists are absolutely wonderful! I have an awful nerve issue in my face, & the receptionists took great care of me. They listened & understand the issue. Thanks you for being so kind & so caring. 💖
Every time I have been to this practice at least on 8 occasions I have had to wait a minimum of half an hour without any notification. I have been also with my husband and we had the same experience. I would not recommend at all unless you have nothing better to do than sit around. Today I waited 45 mins again with no explanation. Doctors are also leaving which leaves clues Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else
Disgusting experience, for the 3rd time, I left crying 😢 there is one Receptionist there, would does not like me and has been extremely rude. The new doctor was just not interested
We were recently on holidays in Palm Cove, and my little 2 year old spiked an unexplained fever for a few days. Being away from home with no car and no improvement in her condition, I was panicking and called this surgery based on a recommendation from our accommodation. They got us in on the same day, and Dr. Robert was such an angel. So grateful to all the attentive kind compassionate staff who helped me yesterday. Beverly on reception was so lovely and really listened she could see I needed to see the docter although they were fully booked and I walked in she straight away organised a doctor to see me . The nurse Amanda and Dr Sidonie were incredibly compassionate and took their time to help me with my eye thoroughly treating and testing .
