Ordered a sink drainer that unfortunately had a small part that arrived damaged. They were quick to provide a resolution and replace the damaged part

I initially purchased on line a Quoss mixer tap which proved to have the incorrect fitting for the job. Both Clifton Bathrooms and Quoss were extremely helpful with their advise and assistance on how to exchange to the fitting which suited my purpose. .

Fazial of Clifton Bathrooms provided very professional and helpful advice to me on the phone. The problem that Fazial helped me with was to locate an actuator plate for a Kohler in wall toilet system. The original plate had been discontinued hence trying to find a replacement to fit.
