They produce defective products and lie when they made promises to fix it. I have a fountain that leaks when it runs. It began leaking well within a year of when the work was completed. I contacted them. They repeatedly made promises to come fix it. They never came on multiple scheduled appointments. I got tired of waiting. I wrote a bad review. UPDATED AGAIN 9/15/23: I would like to update my review to at least give credit to Rhonda and Tony from Clifrock for standing behind their product and coming out to "fix" our feature as best as they could without starting completely over. The fixes and repairs that were done by Tony seem to be standing up so far (its been a little over 1 month). I am still waiting from someone from Clifrock to respond about the disaster job your installer Troy did at my home. They left trash, damaged my window by leaning concrete on the side of my home. The countertops are uneven, have holes, the wrong color, the epoxy has yellowed, it is uneven. The sides are jagged the end has split, they clearly had no idea what they were doing and even admitted they didn’t know how to fix it, took my money and told me to go buy granite. UPDATE: I appreciate your response and I would love to believe my feedback if valuable except I sent this to your Co-Director of Marketing and Business Development whom I had involved in my situation after my dissatisfaction with my first contractor, I also emailed him twice after about my concerns with the products ability to be used in a water feature application with NO RESPONSE... Clifrock is the best product in the market when it comes to outdoor living spaces. I have worked with them for 7-8 months now and the staff is so friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to add a great bolt on to there existing business or use their panel masonry system as a business by itself.
