In response to the owner of the practice: Yes, I was angry — and I think that’s expected after the trouble we went through to make this appointment for my 6-year-old. Your staff called me at 4:51pm, not 4:55pm as you have suggested. I have attached a screenshot of the call log from my phone as proof. Upon entering the establishment I immediately knew what was going on based on how many people were in the waiting room but I’m not gonna go that route right now. “Dr” Lazovik has absolutely no idea what she’s doing. I came here for my friend and lets just say I have a certain amount of experience in this field but I kept my mouth shut. The way I heard her talking to her patients is pitiful.
