We’ve experienced recurring issues with administrative coordination and billing at this office since becoming patients. Despite verifying our new insurance coverage prior to our visit and being assured there would be no issues, we were unexpectedly charged $165 out of pocket for a routine cleaning — even though insurance had already paid nearly $100. I’m starting a relationship with Cliffside family dentistry. After having clinical work done from Smile generation and feeling like something was quite wrong I came to find out that it was. I’m excited about the future with Dr Smith and his team. They’ve been just lovely. They got me in an emergency today when I just called earlier in the morning. And I feel like I’m in good hands.
