The owners reply to my rear brake situation was a joke. He/she failed miserably to identify and admit to their failure to test my truck before I left with it causing me to immediately return as the rear brakes were smoking and burning. The truck stopped on its own without braking!!!!!!!! They tested the truck sfter they were finished with their work? NOT LIKELY.WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE.
RecommendedI moved here 4 1/2 years ago, & was referred to Cliff's by a friend. They are very accommodating. I'm always able to get an appt. in a timely matter, they're reasonably priced, & even cleaned my engine off at no charge when I neglected to put my oil cap back on. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!
I had such a great experience at Cliff's! They fit me in when no one else would and did it with kindness. I will be going here from now on.

Poor performance of installed breaks and rotors. I Should get more than 20k miles on new parts. I understand they are under new management but I have found another shop in the meantime.

Cliff's helped install a lift kit and spacers to my Xterra. They did a wonderful job with help finding the right kit, installation, and customer service. Would definitely recommend to others!
