Michael (Bambi) pierced my daughter's ears, and he was so calm and patient with her - explaining every step of the process. It was such a great experience, I went back a couple weeks later and had him pierce my septum.
I went to James for a conch, it was literally painless! Super easy and quick and he calmed my nerves!
