Explained I was a single occupant with a 900 gallon system the lady says yes you need to do it every five years. After a bit of research I figured I probably could go 10. I call to cancel my appointment and she uses scare tactics and intimidation and YES literally uses the you can me pay now or pay the city 70,000 line. Of course I was concerned and said ok I’ll keep the appointment. You can imagine how ANGRY I was when I called the day after service to find out how much they pumped out. Fantastic friendly, affordable, fast service! We use their porta-potty service for our jobsites and most recent they did an emergency septic pump service on our rental. We couldn't be happier with the service and will be calling with all of our septic needs!
