I'm one to always file a complaint. However this company deserves a great review. There was a misunderstanding on my part as to what was going to be installed and right away they took care of it without hesitation or push back. The work was completed as they said. I'd highly recommend them. Great price and fantastic customer service. I've used then before for a tank cleaning and was extremely satisfied with them. We did due diligence researching several contractors to replace our septic system drainfield. Despite that, our involvement with Cliffs Septic Services, Inc. was disappointing and frustrating. We experienced repeated incidences of conflicting information, misinformation, no information at all, and sometimes were told things that were outright not true amidst unexplained and inordinately long delays, well beyond delivery dates promised prior to executing the contract, as well as afterwards. This company and it's staff are amazing. I was informed by another company about a high cost of repairs. Blake and Ed came out, fixed the issue at a very much lower price. I will be using them again if needed.
On 09-21-2021, through the recommendations on Angi Website I hired Cliff's Septic Services Inc. to pump out my septic tank and provide me a written quote if repairs are needed. The driver stated that he was only there to pump out the septic tanks and it may need a new Drain Filed. He also stated the owner would come out to verify, but he was not going to say or recommend anything regarding the Septic Tank. We are uncertain as to what you are giving us a negative rating on. You state in your review that the technician went out to your site and pumped the tank and did a visual inspection of the tank and drain field. Only after would we contact you about system repair, if needed. You were quoted a price for the pump and initial inspection of the system, to which you agreed. Company has no integrity and won't stand by their work

We are sorry that you feel that way. According to our records the last work we completed for you was over 12 months ago. Your project was completed, approved by county inspectors and proper. Not certain what you feel we are not standing by with our work. Drain fields are not warrantied, as we have no control over your property when we are not present.
never do business with Cliffs. I never will. Because I had dug out both lids for the two chambers saving the driver much time and back breaking work. When he finished the pump out which I don't feel was done properly. I was told he was not going to fill in the holes even though the dirt was right next to them very neatly on a plastic tarp with the sod very neatly stacked beside it. The driver arrived late and without a phone call and proceeded to poke a probe with a spike indiscriminately over the side of my yard and into my neighbors yard. As he got closer to my house at the edge of my property, water began flowing from one of the holes from the probe. He stated it was overflow from my septic being so full.
