Incredible experience with Cliff’s pools for a new pool/spa. Their project management was excellent and their team was always responsive and respectful. Extremely happy with my new pool!
Just wanted to update my previous review from 2021. It has now been over 4-years since my pool remodel with Cliff's Pools in April 2021. My pool is still looking great, I am still very happy with the work that was done. I wanted to give an extra mention to Joe Garrone, the service manager. I had some minor issues recently (not related to the work performed for the remodel) Joe came over and resolved ALL my issues promptly and even came back the next day to make sure all was OK. We love hanging outside now. Turf drains perfectly even after storms.
I’m extremely disappointed with the job done by Cliffs Pools. My pool has several discolorations with several white spots in the bottom of the pool, beige discoloration on the steps and to make it worse a black streak on one of the steps. The fire up person tried to remove the black streak with a stone which only made the area worse and a deterioration in the diamondbrite which is very visible. I recently used Cliff’s Pools and Patios services and was very pleased with the experience. The team was professional, responsive, and delivered quality work. Would definitely recommend to anyone living in the Fort Lauderdale area and would use them again!
