We hired this company to complete plumbing on a kitchen and apartment install in our new home. We received a quote for cost and I was specific on quote not estimate as tight budget. Job wasn’t even 1/3 of way done and received a bill for way more than the quote . No discussion, no job changes. Owner was not good to work with, said it was an estimate although it clearly said quote on the document. I had some issues with my Septic system and called up Cliffs Plumbing and Heating. One of the Cliff's Guys came out and was very helpful in diagnosing what the issue was, taking time to explain the issue to me and also getting it fixed properly and in a very timely manner. Would recommend them to a friend any day. 10/10
