We have been customers of Cliiff's Plumbing for more than 20 years, and have called upon them for our home in Kincardine, but mainly our second home in Point Clark. THe work has always been professionally done, the employees always courteous and helpful and we have only once (conversion to natural gas) had to wait longer than expected. The charges have usually been reasonable, if tending toward to high side, but the counterbalance is the quality of service. We expect o continue to call on Cliff's/Sepoy. Glyn Holmes

We hired this company to complete plumbing on a kitchen and apartment install in our new home. We received a quote for cost and I was specific on quote not estimate as tight budget. Job wasn’t even 1/3 of way done and received a bill for way more than the quote . No discussion, no job changes. Owner was not good to work with, said it was an estimate although it clearly said quote on the document. We had to Involve a lawyer and was told by lawyer “do not pay any more than what we had already”. We also had some duct work done ... read more

I had some issues with my Septic system and called up Cliffs Plumbing and Heating. One of the Cliff's Guys came out and was very helpful in diagnosing what the issue was, taking time to explain the issue to me and also getting it fixed properly and in a very timely manner. Would recommend them to a friend any day. 10/10
