4/19/25 Our rv would not start nor take a charge and this happened once before in Fallon, Az at the rv park there. We called Cliff, he came right out and fixed it instantly, as it had something to do with the key fob.. So we called him today and he walked us through of what we needed to do and our RV started right up! At no charge!! We are in Medford, OR. I only give 2 stars because my initial contact and appt was nice. HOWEVER.....after that he stopped answering my phone calls after making my RV issue worse! I was traveling through the area and had called about repair work. He was confident that he could assist so I stopped in Fernley for help. He was nice and tried to fix the issue. Then said that he needed to order parts (this after I had specifically asked over the phone if he had all of the necessary parts and he said YES). This company is outstanding! My heater in my R.V stopped working and they came right away. They were very knowledgeable and had the parts already. They cleaned everything and fixed my heating. It works perfectly! They are very kind people. I will never use anyone else for my R.V needs. Thank you Cliffs and William.

Small family business that is extremely busy. They helped get my refrigerator replaced and delt with the manufacturer for me. Awesome Gentlemen would highly recommend.
