Cliff’s has been amazing so far. I dropped my car off for repairs, and Huan from Cliff’s even offered to drive me to Enterprise for a rental. He was very friendly and went above and beyond by helping me speak with my insurance company to arrange the rental. The repairs aren’t completed yet since I just dropped the car off today, so I’ll update my review once everything is finished. So far 5 stars is well deserved them.
Huan did an amazing repair and paint job on my white BMW! Great Price! Very professional and knowledgeable! Very kind and honest and helpful! I highly recommend Cliff’s Collision & Repair ….A+++ I am now a loyal customer!
I'm rating them as a two star, and the only reason is because I contacted the owner asking him his hours on Saturday's, he said call before I came I did, we drove from Midlothian to Pantego only to get the run around, the owner kept lying that he was on his way and never showed up. I can not patronize a company that doesn't value his customers time. I referred him to my daughter and my husband and the work was good, but the owner does not respect other's time, I brought my 89 year old dad out so he could look at his vehicle.... read more
