I went to go cash my 401k check from a job that I don't work at no more, I'm on the phone with them when they get it approved I go to the counter to get my money and she ask me to write down Information about where I work and what I do plus there number and hands me a yellow sticky note, ask why is this important to get my money that already got verified she catches a attitude and want give me my money till I do, never going back that was my second time there I will stay going to PLA are Walmart
Everytime I go I have to tell them where my checks came then they say they can't cash it but go to pls no problem smh don't go here not a good place make you wait 30min or more
