Roni was so nice and attentive!
I submitted my check online , the guy in the verification department refused to call the bank to verify my check . He stated he had to call the settlement place instead . Weird … right ? Most places will call the bank on the check . I reached out to the settlement company they stated the same thing why aren’t they calling the bank for verification . I had the best experience today with April at Cliff’s Check Cashing #6 on Northwest Hwy. She was so welcoming and just a nice person. April was very engaging. Also, very polite and fast. I came to cash a check on my 30 minute break, and she had me in and out. I didn’t feel rush, I actually left happy and smiling. Thank you April for the great conversations and laughs.
