I came into this location and witnessed something that honestly left me very uncomfortable. An employee was having an extremely intense episode—screaming, crying, and hitting her head—and it went on for quite some time. I am an assistant manager at an apartment property. Today our tenant was having an issue making a payment towards his rent at this location because of an internal issue on our end. I want to give a big thanks to Veronica Pacheco. She was so kind and patient! And she went above and beyond to help us figure out what was causing the issue. She has top tier communication skills and provided excellent customer service.
