I brought my 2018 Nissan Rogue there to get my transmission repaired and it took over 4 months to get it repaired. I had to rent a car all that time, which cost me a few thousand dollars. It was done 2 months before I picked it up, because the owner said they were waiting on a check from Carshield, but the check had been there almost since I brought the car in to be repaired!
