I brought my 2018 Nissan Rogue there to get my transmission repaired and it took over 4 months to get it repaired. I had to rent a car all that time, which cost me a few thousand dollars. It was done 2 months before I picked it up, because the owner said they were waiting on a check from Carshield, but the check had been there almost since I brought the car in to be repaired! Very unhappy with their service as far as the timing and process. Took my car to get a transmission repair on my 2008 Ford Escape. It was fixed. The process took forever, and I left their shop with a flat tire. I dropped my car off three weeks ago. Four days later than I was supposed to drop it, stating the were booked on the day "they told me" to bring it. Because of this, they assured me they would knock 10% off. Classic bait and switch operation. First we were told a week repair that ended up taking 3 and a half weeks. We were given one price as an estimate ended up costing over 1000.00 more. Buyers beware!!!
