We have used this center for 3 years.....we recently had a problem with our car...took it to "our trusted" center...they gave me a quote of 589...the part they said was 200..I then looked on the internet and found the part for 25.00 dollars...we took it to another mechanic...first of all the part was not nearly as much..they had misdiagnosed the problem...total cost at other repair shop...302 dollars...if you use them please get a second opinion....I am totally disgusted because we trusted them. i.e., A local faI was having a roaring sound coming from the front of my 04 dodge stratus. Dropped it off at cliffs and got a quote on a front end alignment and a hub bearing replacement. Dropped if off again after two days waiting for parts and was told it would be ready in an hour. Got a call that afternoon about 5:00 and was told it was ready.
