I have to say this has been the best customer service I have experienced from a company in a long time. A rock hit my windshield Thursday on the way home from school and I submitted a claim through the State Farm app on my phone Thursday evening. Friday morning before 8 a.m. I received a phone call from *****'s Auto. We chatted via text message soon after and I have to say I have a brand new window on my vehicle by 8:15 this morning.
