Our heater gave up the ghost the day prior to Christmas Eve. I reached out and managed to schedule an appointment at the crack of dawn on Christmas Eve. Cameron from Clifford's Inc. was our repairman and he was nothing but professional and supportive. He made sure to explain the process before starting the repair and confirmed that we were comfortable with both his proposed solution and the cost.
