Clifford's is always great. They’ve worked on both our personal vehicles and our business cars, and the service is consistently excellent. I recently brought my Traverse in with what felt like every warning light on the dashboard and metal-on-metal brakes. They fixed everything I came in for — and then some. Somehow they even got my remote key fob working again after it hadn’t worked for over two years. Great pricing, too. Friendly, honest, and great customer service every time. Absolutely recommend!
My car died on 441! A very scary experience! Pulled into Clifford's because it was close by, and they immediately checked it out and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately I need a new transmission! 😵 The mechanic there, Ryan, called ahead to A1 Transmissions to give them a heads-up about what he had already found with my car.
I was given very little information -was interrupted a few times explaining my concerns - and felt dismissed the entire time I was there, by the two women at front desk. Not the experience I expected, especially knowing one of the employees is a part owner. Wouldn’t recommend specially if you baby ur car !!!
I was very pleased today. I really liked how the mechanic took a lot of time to me about diagnostics.
