Very rude customer service on the front office end. Called to get the name of the driver that towed my vehicle, I was given a false name; turns out my husband had the drivers number still stored in his phone. Absolutely no need to be disrespectful when calling to get basic information in order to cross reference to see where my bank information fraud came from.
1st time visit. Nice building. I got prices which are cheaper than where I checked elsewhere and I like that all their guys are mechanics not techs! Very Honest because there were some things that the other place I went to previously told me I need and this place told me I don't need them. Can't wait to have my work done by them.
I own four company vehicles they do all my service I've had only a few issues that they were willing t work out with me . I'll continue service with them because it's not when there is issue it's when there is a issue how they handle it .
