I unfortunately received a funeral arrangement today from Clifford’s where my custom Sympathy Banner did not have the correct statement on it and with grammatical errors on the card. Extremely disappointed as I expressed what I wanted very clearly.
After speaking with Liz about the flower delivery for my mother on Valentine's Day, I completely understand why ordering through an FTD o 1800 Flowers is convenient but not a good idea. Clifford's Flowers will make things right, as I expected they would. Thank you Liz for taking the time to speak with me and making it right. Note: Call Clifford's directly folks!
Ordered through FTD a premium arrangement, what was received was a standard size. FTD promised a redelivery but it never came, then I was offered $7.00 refund on the $30.00 difference between standard and premium. Unsure who should get review? The florist that delivered or FTD, either way- very disappointed. Good thing I picked up a dozen roses for my mother as a make up for the sub-par arrangement she received.
