My parts have been here for almost a year and I can't get ahold of anybody. I go to the shop and nobody is there. I don't see how this company stays in business. Worst experience ever and they aren't even mechanics!
Howard does quality work but doesn't bring on work in the order received. Pulled my car out after being pigeon holed for over 3 years and being used as a shelf for other car parts without protection between the surfaces. Maybe because his quote was over 3 years old, he no longer wanted to do it for what he quoted. I had referred all my friends and family to him for over 30 years. No more.
