Disappointed in waiting time, waited for over an hour. Complained to staff and reason was waiting for room & assured us was not forgotten complained once again & was told room was accidentally given to another patient. Complained again after more patients called. all that was given was an apology. Unacceptable, unprofessional & appears unorganized. To add to it waiting room is uncomfortable & small & when full stepping over people's feet. Unpleasant experience.
I saw Dr Brown for my glaucoma and he suggested a procedure, SLT, as treatment. Way better than daily drops. Dr Brown is a caring and attentive person. I felt very comfortable with him and felt he listened to what I was saying. I would recommend him without reservation.
