Amazing doctors office. Very knowledgeable and prompt!! Great patient friendly place.
Decent place, when I got the vasectomy. After I had the post vasectomy test, I called and was given very little information. Then, they didn't hang up the line and I heard them using the info I provided them against me, between each other. Seriously? Super unprofessional. Dr. F is a good doctor. But the staff on duty for calls is a joke.
The VA in Columbus sent medical orders to this location and despite their office calling to make an appointment, sending pre-registration papers to our house, and calling the day before to confirm they managed to lose the authorization for the visit by the time we arrived for the appointment. This was after sending the wrong address on the paperwork. If you love your family I would take them elsewhere.
