These guys also "rent properties", even though that's not clear on their website, and they charge alarmingly too much for the Myrtle Point area. Employees of this "business" straight up receive threats from the public over social media for fixing market prices. They'd rather hire an employee to list these properties and deal with the public outcry than charge fair prices. Just a little hint that price fixing is illegal.
