Wouldn't give me my prescription without purchasing eyeglasses there which is against the law if I could give them a negative star I would they. finally gave me my prescription

My elderly grandma goes here and she doesn't understand a lot of english. I was trying to order her glasses and so had to get her prescription from them. I called in with her and they were not helpful at all and were very rude to me. They wouldn't give me the information I needed and talked to me like I was stupid. They kept some of the prescription from us and wouldn't help us because we were not buying glasses from them.
