I had a very bad ear infection, I left feeling well-informed and confident in the advice and care I received. Great staff, very friendly doctors who are on time and very efficient I thoroughly recommend Clifford Gardens Medical Centre. That are also one of the few places in Toowoomba that do ear suction vacuum / micro-suction. I attended this practice this morning for a pre-employment medical. Nurse Belinda was absolutely fantastic – she communicated clearly and made me feel very relaxed throughout the entire process. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you again for the great service!
I was referred to Dr Laura Lee-Allison due to her reputation for mental health care, but my experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. Rather than providing support, she made me feel ashamed of my mental health. She removed an existing diagnosis from my medical record, stating that it was “not a good look,” which I found inappropriate and deeply concerning.
