I attended this practice this morning for a pre-employment medical. Nurse Belinda was absolutely fantastic – she communicated clearly and made me feel very relaxed throughout the entire process. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you again for the great service!
I was referred to Dr Laura Lee-Allison due to her reputation for mental health care, but my experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. Rather than providing support, she made me feel ashamed of my mental health. She removed an existing diagnosis from my medical record, stating that it was “not a good look,” which I found inappropriate and deeply concerning. Very very disappointing. Saw a doctor today for the treatment of a facial cyst like nodule. When explaining to the doctor I have had this before years ago, and told him the exact treatment which helped it, the doctor stated his never done that before. Gave me a script for a topical ointment to apply and told me to re book with another doctor who’s name he gave and said this doctor might be able to help but not sure.
