Fantastic experience. Extremely clean and welcoming. Great young group of medical staff. Love the set up with 2 reception desks which does wonders for patient flow.
Appointment was ok. although could of have had a bit more thurra for the price that you have Pay. $100 is a bit steep when children should be bulk build under the age of 16. Even with rebate was not impressed cost me $60 for a five minutes consult for my 9 yr old daughter. No swabs were used to test for viruses or infections. And considering thats why I took my daughter in the first place to get cleared for school. Still have no idea what she has, and I'm out of pocket for it. Don't recommend..
The entire team at Clifford gardens are incredible. Dr Sidya Raghavan is an amazing GP, always listens and goes above and beyond. The nurse staff and receptionists are all lovely as well.
I was thoroughly impressed by my appointment with Dr Vik. He was personable, competent, professional and had an empathic nature. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my symptoms and making me feel supported, heard and valued. Id recommend Vic as a GP to anyone. I’ll be sad to see him go and miss him when he leaves clifford gardens.
