Excellent experience & professional staff, highly recommend
While Dr. Stark and David, the physical therapist, are outstanding. The front desk staff's unprofessionalism is appalling. They're glued to their smart phones, neglecting patients' needs. But what really took the cake was the blatant bullying I experienced at the hands of Ashley, who laughed at me, and the other woman at the front desk. They seemed to take issue with my accent, making me feel belittled and disrespected. Their behavior was discriminatory and unacceptable. I won't be returning." Bye Ashley
Great doctor, nurses/np, psr but oh man the phone wait is impossible, my hold time on average is over 10 minutes, can they please hire more people? It’s not reasonable.
I went because Zocdoc said they took my insurance. When I got there, the office told me they were having trouble updating Zocdoc and they actually don’t take my insurance, so it would have been hundreds of dollars just for a consultation, so I left. They billed me anyway for a “missed appointment”. They’ve now updated Zocdoc.
My son and my husband have both gone to Dr Clifford. Dr Clifford is extremely knowledgeable, patient centered and an extremely talented doctor. He is very communicative and gives excellent care. He has helped both my husband with knee pain as well as my son, who is a competitive soccer player with foot pain. I am an acupuncturist and refer my patients to this practice. Highly recommended!
