The absolute worst experience I’ve had with any local business. Terrible customer service, I was put off on getting my shelter for 5 months, the delivery driver refused to set it in the area it needed to be set, And said any damage to their equipment, that I would be responsible. The door is so messed up it won’t set properly without flooding the shelter. My biggest regret of doing business with these people is that I ever did in the first place. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
