My family DR found y'all set me up an appointment waited 5 months .the staff said be prepared for 5 to 7 hrs of evaluation.my appointment was 9am I beat all the nurses there but got to watch the dopeheads walking by.any how after a days loss wages 3 hr drive I was in there for maybe 30 minutes with a nurse that ask a few questions never seen the DR after they clearly said I would.its been over a month now and have not heard a thing they were supposedly goin to send results to my family DR .I've called your office numerous ti... read more
I've had a sense of declining mental/memory performance for a few years and saw a neurologist for an assessment. He sent me for PET scan and also to Dr. Hopewell for an assessment. I've had fears about this for several years now and was hoping for an information/feedback rich session since our session was multi-hour. Anyway, I was disappointed by the dismal office (which you can't get into until you identify yourself to a camera). But that would be nothing if the staff was engaging and helpful. Absolutely abysmal office. No professionalism. Wasted 2 hours of my day because their staff can't be bothered to show up on time. Received no apology or even an acknowledgment that I was forced to wait 2 hours after my appointment time before being talked to by the doctor (Worth noting that I was there first patient in the door this morning). When the doctor did finally address me it was to demand money for the evaluation that supposed to receive but never did. The money grubby doctor behind this practice is a pathetic excus... read more
I have been seeing Dr. Permsookjit for 5 months, he's helped guide me through family issues and school issues and has given me tools that I can use everyday so I can have a better outlook on my life and an easier time navigating obstacles.
I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and outstanding care I have received from this practice. They took my individual challenges related to my TBI to accomplish my testing and cognitive therapy program. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you need neuropsychological services.
