Security guard who opens ramp last night is very overreactive and very disrespectful and harassed me even called me an idiot when I told him nicely to calm down I even showed my badge he didn't even look and said he didn't give a shit very bad person that have to open the ramp.

I checked out a few of the units and most are ok, others need much updating, some of the units have great views. The common areas are also very dated and doesn't look like there's any plans for updates. The assessment fees are never ending due to construction that has been going on for many years without any real progress. I discovered a law suit between the contractor, supplier and HOA which is probably the delay in the construction. Would be a great place to live if the HOA got things in order.
